Two Baby Shower Bingo Games
I love bingo. There’s just something about it being a game of chance that I find to be so fun!
I’ve shared so many different bingo games before before including everything from Christmas bingo to Valentine’s Day bingo and everything in between.
I even shared a fun baby shower bingo game a long time ago (along with this baby shower poem) that was super popular that I forgot about. I guess that’s what happens when you have over a decade worth of party games on your site!
It wasn’t traditional bingo but rather bingo that uses questions and answers for the mom to be for the game and easily one of my most popular baby shower games!
I’m finally sharing that one again along with some more traditional baby shower bingo cards in case you just want a good old fashioned game of bingo! Either of these baby shower bingo games will work great – one is just better to get to know mom and one is better for a simpler, less setup involved game!
Why Should you play baby shower bingo?
- Game of luck – one of the best things about bingo is that anyone can win. If you have a variety of ages coming to the shower, it’s a good option. Or if you don’t want people to have to know things (like they would for this baby shower trivia game), it’s also a great option!
- Free to print – just like with all of my printable baby shower games, this one’s free to print and play! Save the budget for the baby shower gifts!
- Get to know the mom to be – if you play the second version of the game, it’s a great way to learn more about the mom to be and her plans for baby!
Basic Baby Shower Bingo Cards
If you’re looking for traditional baby shower bingo cards, you’re in the right place! You can download a set of 12 printable cards at the bottom of this post or you can buy even larger sets in my shop here!
The basic bingo cards can be used for a traditional game of baby shower bingo where you give everyone a card, call out of the images on the cards, and whoever covers five in a row first wins!
You can change things up some with different ways to play bingo (I have lots of ideas for bingo games in this birthday bingo post) but that’s the general idea.
It’s a great option because pretty much everyone I know has played bingo before and it’s super simple to play. All you need are the cards, an answer key (included in the PDF), some bingo markers (I love these ones!), and prizes!
Printing Recommendations
- Print the cards on sturdy white card stock so they don’t get destroyed while playing! Or even better, print them on white paper and laminate so that you can use them over and over again!
Mom to Be Baby Shower Bingo Game
Okay now here’s that popular baby shower bingo game I was talking about earlier. This one is very different than traditional bingo and my favorite of the two, but it does require a little more prep.
1 – Make the Bingo Cards
- Before the shower, ask your guest of honor 24 different baby related questions. You can either use this list of 24 that I’ve created or come up with your own.
- Write the answers to the questions in random order on these blank bingo cards (download pink here and download blue here) then repeat again for the number of guests you have (i.e., if you have 12 guests coming, you’ll need at least 12 guests). If you want help with randomizing it, you could put the answers in random.org and just copy and paste from there!
2 – Play Mom to Be Baby Shower Bingo
- Give everyone other than the mom-to-be a bingo card that’s been filled out with all of the mom’s answers and a cup full of bingo markers. It’s fun to do something themed like if you’re doing a Halloween themed baby shower, you could do candy corn.
- Go through and ask the mom-to-be the list of questions have her tell her answers to the group. If she can’t remember the answer, you can always give her original answer list too!
- As she gives an answer, guests should cover the corresponding space with that answer on their bingo card.
How to Win
Just like in regular bingo, the first person to get five across, up, down, or diagonal wins a prize! But don’t have everyone clear of their cards in this version of the game because you’re only going to ask the questions and get the answers once!
Just keep going until you get a certain number of winners or until everyone wins (and give them the baby shower favors as mentioned below when they win).
Tip!
Since you’re only asking 24 questions, you’ll want to tell everyone beforehand that the first five (or another number you choose) people win – there will be no blackout involved!

If you’re just going to have a small amount of winners, go with prizes that are a little more substantial like a gift card to a bath store or one of these fun baby shower themed prizes.
- Shower loofah that matches your color (pink for one of these girl baby shower themes, blue for boy baby showers, etc.)

- Shower themed gift basket
- Shower foot scrubber (I want one of these!)
- Waterproof shower speaker
If you’re going to let everyone bingo eventually, go with something smaller like a little bag of candy with one of these baby shower tags on it.

Do you have larger cards?
While the PDF download at the bottom of this post has cards that are four to a page (they fit normal bingo markers great), I know some people like larger cards for different eyes. I do sell sets of larger cards in my shop as well, up to 40 unique large cards that are one to a page.
