Raspberry Mojito Mocktail
If you’re looking for a signature drink to serve during Dry January, to serve at a baby shower, or as a drink for any party where you want everyone to get to enjoy a signature drink, this raspberry lemonade mocktail would be perfect!
I don’t drink alcohol and never have, but love a good drink (other than just juice or soda), so I’ve tried a lot of mocktails over the years. And this raspberry mocktail is right up there with my favorite strawberry mocktail and strawberry mojito mocktail!
Similar to our other mocktail recipes, this one has a great fruity flavor that starts with a raspberry puree then gets combined with sweet lemonade and tart fresh raspberries for the perfect balance!
It’s fizzy, sweet, and perfect for serving at your next party, baby showers, pink-themed parties (Barbie parties I see you), and long days by the pool. It tastes similar to our raspberry summer punch but a little more sweet and without the sorbet.
You’re going to love just how impressive this simple sparkling raspberry lemonade mocktail is!
Why you’ll love this Recipe
- Kid-friendly – whether you serve alcohol or not, it’s always nice to have a non-alcoholic option for kids and adults who do not drink. It’s the perfect way to make everyone feel included.
- Just 4 simple ingredients – there are six total if you include the fresh lemon and mint for garnish.
- Ready in minutes – when you need a way to beat the heat quickly, this is one of my favorite drinks to prepare quickly and easily.

Ingredient Notes
- Sprite – if you can’t get Sprite, 7-Up works as well. I personally don’t love Starry but it could also work in a pinch. I don’t recommend using ginger-ale in this. If you only have that, try my Christmas punch instead.
- Raspberry lemonade – I love the Simply Lemonade brand but any raspberry lemonade would probably work.
- Fresh mint leaves – de-stem and wash your leaves!
- Fresh raspberries – washed, dried, and picked over. Make sure they’re plump, have no stems, and have no white fuzzies.
- Garnish – I like to garnish with fresh lemon wheels and mint but these are optional and not actually necessary.
How to make this Raspberry Mocktail Recipe
You’re going to love how easy this mocktail recipe is. Raspberries, Sprite, and lemonade are all you need!
1 – Muddle raspberries and mint
Add fresh raspberries and mint leaves to the bottom of a glass or a jar (but not the one you’re going to use – this is just for mixing the drink.)
Use a muddler or wooden spoon to muddle (smash) the raspberries and mint leaves. This helps to release their flavor and is actually a super important step!
2 – Mix with raspberry lemonade and Sprite
Pour lemonade and Sprite over the muddled raspberries. Stir well to get all of that released raspberry and mint flavor into the mocktail.
3 – Finish the raspberry mocktail
Fill your actual drinking glass about half full with ice. Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer to strain out just the remaining liquid. Pour that liquid into your ice-filled glass.
Garnish the raspberry lemonade mocktail with fresh raspberries, lemons, and mint then serve immediately.

Mocktail FAQs
Can I use frozen raspberries?
While you technically can, I highly recommend using fresh. But if you want to make this during the winter when fresh raspberries aren’t always easy to find – thaw your frozen raspberries overnight then strain them of any extra liquid before you start the recipe. When frozen berries thaw, they typically release extra moisture that can dilute the flavor of the drink.
Can I make this ahead of time?
I recommend you make this just before serving. However, if you want to do a little prep work, you could muddle the raspberry and mint and keep it in the fridge overnight. The same goes for the leftover raspberry mocktail. You can save it for up to a day, but keep in mind it won’t be as fizzy!
