This Super Bowl printable is a fun guessing game that has nothing to do with football. Instead of guessing plays or players, this game focuses on the team’s home base, their city. This fun printable Super Bowl game is an easy way to keep everyone happy as they watch the game.
Super Bowl City Guessing Game
This printable game is an easy addition to any Super Bowl party unless you live in one of these cities and then let’s be honest, it’s not real fair. It’s more for the non-die hard fans those who are just there for the commercials alike because it’s not about football – it’s about the cities the teams come from!
This is also great for all of those Swifties looking for Taylor Swift party ideas – it’s a fun little quiz about where she spends so much of her time!
While this printable game is easy to play, you’ll be shocked at how little you know about the different cities, making it not only easy to do but fun for anyone who plays.

How to Prep
One of my favorite things about any printable game is how easy they are to play and this one is no exception – you literally just need the printables, pens, and prizes!
- City guessing game printable – you will want at least one per person coming. Having a few extras on hand is always a good idea.
- Pens – again, one per person is ideal.
- Answer sheet – don’t forget to print this off so you have the answers to go through after you’re done!
- Prize for the winner – I’ve included a list of fun prizes at the bottom of the post.
How to play
My other favorite thing about printable games is how easy they are to play. The instructions are all right there on the top of the page, so you don’t have to take time away from the game to explain. All you have to do is make sure to print out one page per person coming and give them a time limit!
This printable is a guessing game with only two answers, simple right? Each person will write either Kansas City or San Fransisco next to each item on the sheet depending on which city they think that item is famous for.
For example, if it were to say Chiefs they would write Kansas City next to it obviously. But the items on this list aren’t so obvious – we made them a little tricky (unless you live in one of the cities) so everyone didn’t just get all of them!
Once all the printables have been filled out, check the answers using the answer sheet. You can either have each person grade their own, or mix it up and have them grade someone else’s.
Whoever gets the most answers correct wins a prize!
If you have a tie have them answer one (or as many as needed) of these Super Bowl trivia questions. The player who answers the trivia question correctly wins.
Important Note!
If someone is from Kansas City or San Fransisco, they obviously have a leg up on this quiz. This probably works best for parties where everyone doesn’t live in one of these two cities since you’re just choosing either city and most people in Kansas City will be familiar with the Kansas City items!
I recommend playing this Super Bowl question game or this Super Scorers printable Super Bowl game instead!
Super Bowl Game Prize Ideas
Playing for glory is fun, but playing for a prize is even better. You could get something related to one of the cities on this list like Russell Stover chocolate or a box of Rice a Roni (with some cash inside) or obviously gear for either of the teams playing!
Or if you want to go Super Bowl specific, here are some Super Bowl prizes that anyone would love to win.
- A football – this waterproof glow-in-the-dark football is perfect for summer coming up.
- Football trophy – get your very own chance to kiss a football trophy like the pros do.
- Candy – you can never go wrong with a bag of candy.
- 100 Yards board game
- Gift card – another safe choice that everyone enjoys winning.
- Friendship bracelet kit – this is a great idea for those of you throwing a Taylor Swift party.
- Football blanket
