The delicious flavors of fresh raspberries and tart lemonade come together in this raspberry mocktail perfect for beating the summer heat, celebrating a mom-to-be, or enjoying during Dry January! It’s the perfect combination of sweet, tart, and sparkle all in our refreshing mocktail recipe!
Add fresh raspberries and mint leaves to the bottom of a glass or a jar (but not the one you’re going to use – this is just for mixing the drink.) Use a muddler or wooden spoon to muddle (smash) the raspberries and mint leaves.
3-4 fresh raspberries, 2 leaves fresh mint
Pour lemonade and Sprite over the muddled raspberries. Stir well to get all of that released raspberry and mint flavor into the mocktail.
3 ounces Sprite, 3 ounces raspberry lemonade
Fill your actual drinking glass about half full with ice. Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer to strain out just the remaining liquid. Pour that liquid into your ice-filled glass.
Garnish the raspberry lemonade mocktail with fresh raspberries, lemons, and mint then serve immediately.
3-4 fresh raspberries, lemon wheels
